3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. File Processing and Storage

5.1 File Upload

When you upload files to our Service, you retain all rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process, convert, and temporarily store your files for the purpose of providing the conversion service.

5.2 File Deletion

All uploaded files and converted results are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of upload for security and privacy reasons.

5.3 File Size Limits

We may impose reasonable limits on file sizes and the number of conversions per user to ensure optimal service performance.
